Physical Therapist

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to plan and implement treatment programs across all age groups, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient assessment, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, and facilitating discharge planning. The role requires effective communication, cultural competence, and the ability to evaluate and modify interventions based on patient performance. Candidate must demonstrate self-assessment, ongoing learning, and participation in professional activities. Mentoring and training staff and students is also expected. Maintaining department policies, safety, and quality improvement initiatives is essential. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability are key skills. Qualifications include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a licensed Physical Therapist .
