Vice President of Finance

Vice President of Finance $225,000-$250,000 base salary (depending on experience) Phoenix, AZ (Remote) Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing technology company to hire their next VP of Finance. This leader will own financial planning, forecasting, and strategic finance across the organization while serving as a key partner to the CFO. The role plays a central part in executive reporting, investor relations, and M&A activity within a high-growth, recurring revenue business. Deliver executive reporting and performance analysis, including KPIs, variance insights, and business reviews for leadership and investors. Support investor relations and capital strategy through board materials, valuation analysis, and financing activities. Lead M&A and strategic finance efforts, including due diligence, deal structuring, and evaluation of growth opportunities. Build and lead a high-performing finance team while standardizing reporting, modeling practices, and cross-functional alignment.
