Coffee Shop Manager (Fast Times - Palisades)

Location: Palisades, CA. Employer: Buck Mason. Position: Coffee Shop Manager. Employment: Full-time, On-site. Responsibilities Be the leader everyone looks up to, setting the bar high for performance. Run shifts efficiently, ensuring the team serves top‑notch hospitality and follows Buck Mason's drink and food game plan. Train new staff and keep veterans updated on the latest offerings. Maintain operational standards and safety compliance. Provide timely feedback on performance and opportunities for improvement. Continuously update coffee knowledge through tastings, cuppings, and training sessions. Prepare drinks and bites to high-quality standards. Ensure all staff adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Qualifications At least one year of experience leading a team. Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days of hire. Strong math and computer skills.
