Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of an onsite food service location in Peachtree City, GA. This position is responsible for managing food service staff, maintaining inventory, placing orders, planning menus, and ensuring exceptional customer service while building a professional relationship with the client at the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of at least four (4) food service employees.
• Plan daily and weekly menus.
• Order food, supplies, and kitchen inventory while maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Monitor inventory and control food costs.
• Ensure quality food preparation and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Schedule, coach, and support food service staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive working relationship with the client.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous food service management experience required.
• Experience managing a team of four (4) or more employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with food ordering, inventory management, and menu planning.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.

The base salary for this position $35,360, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
