NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Kitchen Manager for our high-volume scratch kitchen in Sharpsburg. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead a talented culinary team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests in the vibrant restaurant industry.

As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, and maintain the highest culinary standards. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our menu development and execution, while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. We are committed to offering competitive compensation, with a salary range of $62,000 - $72,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities

Manage all kitchen operations, including inventory, staffing, and food quality
Develop and implement menu items, ensuring freshness and high standards
Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety standards
Monitor food presentation and quality throughout service
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Optimize kitchen workflows for efficiency and consistency
Manage food costs and inventory to maximize profitability

Requirements

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in high-volume settings
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage effectively under pressure
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred
