Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an emergency room setting, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement appropriate interventions. The role involves delivering efficient acute care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by collecting comprehensive health data and analyzing clinical information.
• Develop individualized care plans with clear, achievable outcomes tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Implement prescribed interventions, administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Educate patients and families on health management, discharge instructions, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Montana RN license required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred.
• Experience in pre-hospital, emergency, urgent care, or acute clinical settings strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electronic health record systems and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
