SAP Business One - Inside Sales Consultant

Help sales reps identify new sales opportunities, expanding the customer portfolio primarily through phone, email, video conferencing, and other remote channels Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts, ensuring achievement of established sales targets Manage the customer lifecycle from initial negotiation through post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Monitor market trends and competitors, proposing improvements and adjustments to the sales strategy Prepare periodic reports on account performance and sales KPIs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Sales Management, or related fields — or, in lieu of a formal degree, 5+ years of proven inside sales experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or digital solutions sector Strong relationship-building skills Strong negotiation skills Business closing and deal-making skills Extroverted and communicative Enthusiastic and energetic Empathetic and customer-oriented Focused and results-driven Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proactive and skilled in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Analytics solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals, with a focus on SAP solutions Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in inside sales, focusing on customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
