Program Manager (IT)

Experience-1 Project is Complex. Must have leadership skills working with a variety of vendors. Able to manage tight timelines Understand that the project is regulatory and requires heavy documentation. Must be able to keep up with program requirements. Strong communication skills. Project Overview: Responsible for structuring a project, performing the detailed planning, and managing project execution and completion of moderate to large projects using a prescribed methodology. This PM will be working on assignments from the ITSM team. Contractors Role: Assigns resources and tasks, and manages quality assurance, resolution of issues, status reviews and reporting, development of standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures. Experience Level: Level 3 experience required Qualifications: Candidate must have strong project management skills, and should understand various project methodologies, processes and standards. Has expertise in managing all phases of technology infrastructure projects from concept through implementation and maintenance to closure. ITSM, CMDB and ServiceNow experience Tasks and Responsibilities: Defines the phase deliverables, tracks milestones and incurred expenses versus planned expenses, schedules roles and resources, evaluates risks and recommends contingency plans. Candidate will be responsible for project documentation, project schedule, meeting agendas, minutes, status reporting, project presentations, finance etc. Candidate should be familiar with technology infrastructure (Servers/Storage/Network) . Experience in Cyber Security, Networking, Active Directory a plus. Stong MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.
