Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA – HYBRID Opportunity Location: Newington, CT 06111 Date Posted: 07/01/2026 Benefits and Advantages Up to $6000 annual incentive bonus (paid monthly) Attractive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and other voluntary benefits 401(k) with match Full-time Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends or late nights – hybrid option Small caseload Laptop provided Paid holidays and PTO days (sick + vacation) Responsibilities Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload Regularly review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans accordingly Provide supervision through observation and team meetings with staff and families Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff Receive administrative and scheduling support from the Clinical Manager Qualifications Certified Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations related to behavior interventions Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms Physical ability to stand, sit, lift, bend, kneel, and engage with children on the floor for extended periods (up to 50 lbs. lift on occasion) Equal Employment Opportunity Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is an equal‑opportunity employer.
