Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong clinical skills in both assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred by teachers or parents
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress in both academic and non-academic settings
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and updates regarding students’ communication needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes and compliance documentation
• Offer direct therapy sessions and monitor ongoing progress, adjusting interventions as needed
