Office based position in Kansas City (typically work 2 days per week remotely) Responsibilities Establish performance guidelines and parameters for air-powered material transfer systems. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to identify optimal solutions for client needs. Work with purchasing on specifications and integration of equipment. Manage multiple projects and quotations at various stages. Provide sales support, estimating, and coordination to meet customer requirements. Handle other assigned duties, including special projects. Qualifications BA/BS in Mechanical Engineering/Design preferred. 15-25 years direct experience in material handling systems Background as Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer, Estimator, or Project Manager. Strong technical understanding of equipment, design, and execution. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; AutoCAD preferred. Critical thinking, collaboration, detail orientation, time management, and mechanical skills.
