About the Position

Job Title: Technician II Profession: Medical Lab Tech Specialty: Core Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years, preferred 3-5 years License: None Certifications: ASCP Must-Have: - Core lab skills in Chemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, and Urinalysis. - Experience working on hematology, chemistry, coagulation, and urinalysis benches. - Ability to perform body fluid cell counts. - EPIC experience in Laboratory Information Systems preferred. - Experience with instrumentation such as Beckman AU 5800 and DXi 800. Description: This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The technician will rotate every third weekend and on holidays. Candidates should be nicotine-free. The role involves training in one specific area of laboratory work. Flexibility to work 4 ten-hour shifts may be considered.
