Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area; Epic provides financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various potential risk areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Qualifications JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Strong academic and professional background. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus. Benefits Competitive salaries ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, with additional bonuses.
