• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students working towards their clinical licensure or completing their Master’s program.

• Provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation for all client interactions and progress.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Bright Care Psychological Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your empathetic and skilled approach will help create a strong therapeutic alliance that fosters growth and healing in your clients' lives.

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) to provide mental health services.

• Professional liability insurance to protect your practice.

• Two years of experience in a mental health counseling environment.

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a background in supervision or mentorship of graduate-level students, as well as those familiar with trauma-informed care methodologies, will be given preference. An understanding of telehealth tools and techniques is also advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting above-market compensation standards.
