Position Summary:

The front desk receptionist is the first point of contact for the office; therefore, it is the first impression of the office. The receptionist must always display a calm, friendly demeanor when dealing with patients as well as other entities that enter the office. The front desk receptionist must be organized and display good written and verbal communication since this office deals with different types of people and their personal information. Along with dealing with personal information, it is imperative that the front desk receptionist is attentive when performing certain tasks, able to multitask, and is aware of the verification checks before releasing or submitting any information.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, some college
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a medical front desk receptionist

Salary Range: Minimum $19.00/hour - Maximum $20.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
