Accounts Payable Supervisor

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily AP operations, oversee transaction processing, and support financial reporting and process improvements. This position will be on-site 4 days a week Mondays and Tuesday, in the St. Louis, MO area. The client offers salary and benefits, great work life balance and other company benefits.Responsibilities:

• Supervise the accounts payable team and daily workflow
• The Accounts Payable Supervisor will oversee payments and resolve disbursement issues
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support forecasting, financial analysis, and period-end close
• As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will improve AP processes, efficiency, and internal controls
• Assist with accounting system implementations and transitions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Accounts payable supervisory experience required
• Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP systems preferred
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
