Position Overview The Senior Client Advisor is a top-performing brand ambassador responsible for delivering an elevated, highly personalized luxury shopping experience. This individual brings a mature client book, advanced styling expertise, and a track record of exceeding sales goals, and product expertise that reflects the Gabriela Hearst philosophy. Key Responsibilities Deliver an elevated, highly personalized luxury client experience. Leverage an existing client book while continuing to build and deepen long‑term relationships. Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs. Drive new business through proactive outreach, clienteling, and networking within the luxury market. Serve as a style authority, providing advanced, trend‑informed styling recommendations. Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge, including craftsmanship, materials, and brand heritage. Manage special orders, alterations, and consignments with a high degree of independence. Maintain meticulous CRM records and lead proactive client follow‑up and outreach strategies. Partner with management on visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation. Support inventory management and daily operations as needed. Represent the brand at trainings, events, and client‑facing appearances. Qualifications 6+ years of luxury retail experience, with a track record of top‑tier performance. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Deep passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed. Polished, professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.
