Forward Deployed Agentic Senior Lead - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Forward Deployed Agentic Senior Lead - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, McLean, VA, or Irving, TX. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity.

This role will drive the forward deployment of agentic AI products, acting as the bridge between product development, operations, and AI engineering. The position focuses on embedding LLM-powered, agentic workflows directly into enterprise processes to enable measurable business outcomes, operational transformation, and scalable AI adoption. This is a hands-on hybrid role of product management, forward deployed engineering, and agentic AI solution design with a strong emphasis on real-world execution in banking environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end deployment of agentic AI solutions into live banking operations
• Embed AI agents directly into operational workflows for automation and decision support
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with business and operations stakeholders
• Analyze process artifacts (SOPs, runbooks, workflows, etc) to identify AI and automation opportunities
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions using process artifacts as input for workflow automation
• Leverage MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools to integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
• Own the full lifecycle of agentic AI products from discovery through production deployment
• Build and maintain an Agentic Skills Library of reusable capabilities
• Act as the primary interface between business, operations, engineering, and AI teams

Requirements:

Agentic AI & LLM Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini or similar)
• Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production environments
• Deep understanding of tool-augmented LLMs, function calling, and orchestration
• Experience with MCP tools or equivalent LLM-to-system integration frameworks

Forward Deployment Engineering

• Experience deploying AI solutions directly into business operations
• Ability to work closely with end users in real production environments
• Background in consulting, forward deployed engineering, or AI product teams
• Experience building enterprise-grade AI platforms or reusable agent frameworks

Process Intelligence & Artifact-Driven Automation

• Experience working with process artifacts (SOPs, workflows, operational documentation, process mining outputs)
• Ability to convert structured and unstructured process data into executable AI workflows

Product & Delivery Management

• Experience in product ownership or product management roles
• Strong capability in discovery, requirement definition, and execution delivery
• Ability to quantify business value and build ROI models

Banking / Financial Services Domain

• Understanding of banking operations (commercial, corporate, or investment banking preferred)
• Familiarity with operational risk, compliance, and control frameworks

Pay range: $58.75 - $66.75 per hour
