Internship Overview Powell's 10-week paid internship program offers college students hands-on experience, professional training, and the opportunity to make an impact through a meaningful project aligned with your field of study. As a Corporate Legal/Finance Intern, you'll focus on compliance and reporting, gaining valuable skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Project Focus Intern Project: Global Trade Compliance Metrics/Audit; Support TSCA Reporting PFAS Expected Deliverables: Documented Risk Matrix and Audit Framework for trade compliance metrics (e.g. accuracy of import/export, preferential duty claims, classifications, verification of sanctions and screening compliance) Consolidated PFAS data from foreign supplier declarations, formatted to conform to required TSCA reporting on imported PFAS content de on July 31, 2026 How does this project benefit Powell or your functional area? Provides framework to improve visibility and oversight of trade compliance priority areas going forward Supports Powell team in data gathering to enable completion of PFAS reporting by the deadline Desired Major: Business and/or Pre-Law What You'll Gain Hands-On Experience: Work on real-world engineering challenges with cutting-edge technology. Who We're Looking For We seek motivated, curious, and driven students with the following qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Pre-Law, or a related field from an accredited institution. Rising Junior or Senior continuing studies in Fall 2027. Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong academic standing. Team player with strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
