Job Summary This position serves as a Scientist / Engineer at 2 Circle Consulting Inc. The Scientist / Engineer will support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD R&E). Work on-site in Arlington, VA is required. Essential Job Functions Lead advisor to OUSD R&E leadership on research and development Technical advisor in the following areas: Military systems Cyber Electronic warfare Optics Material Science Electromagnetics Technology transition & fielding Written documentation and briefing of essential job functions Qualifications Five years’ experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) and Master’s degree Or ten years’ experience in the DoD and Bachelor’s degree Excellent interpersonal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel) Efficient and accurate work output #J-18808-Ljbffr 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.
