Requirements
- Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull and stock inventory.
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Retrieve and store products at heights of up to 30-40 feet.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Minimum 2 years of recent cherry picker/order picker experience required.
- Must have a valid forklift certification/license (or be able to become certified).
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to work at elevated heights without fear.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (if required).
