Location: Covington, LA
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/year (DOE)
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the front-of-house leadership team at a well-established, locally owned full-service restaurant group with multiple locations across the greater New Orleans area. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment known for regional Cajun and Creole cuisine, a strong bar program, and a loyal local guest following.
The ideal candidate has full-service restaurant management experience, thrives in a fast-paced dining and bar environment, and is passionate about developing hourly teams while delivering consistent hospitality and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily front-of-house operations across dining room and bar service periods.
Uphold service standards, guest engagement, and speed of service throughout every shift.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
Manage front-of-house scheduling to meet volume demands and labor budget targets.
Partner with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth ticket flow and food quality at the pass.
Resolve guest concerns in the moment and drive guest satisfaction results.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and controllable expenses.
Support private dining, catering, and special event execution as needed.
Contribute to a positive, accountable team culture aligned with company hospitality standards.
