Litigation Attorney

McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its team in our Roseland office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing civil litigation matters while working in a collaborate, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have strong experience with municipal and government law specifically in the areas of redevelopment, long-term tax exemption, labor and employment a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow while supporting our senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including research, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, handling all phases of discovery, depositions, preparing matters for trial and attending court conferences. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall work background.
