About the Role We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. Qualifications Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist) Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools Good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors Responsibilities Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care through telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing Use telehealth and EHR tools efficiently Participate in monthly case consultations and clinical community activities Compensation and Benefits Up to $124,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
