Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Mandatory reporter
• Active State License
• Active BLS certification
• Driver's License
• Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (SLP)
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years

Assignment Details

• 8:00 AM start with 5x8 schedule, with 4x10 schedule possible.
• Weekend requirement is voluntary.
• Setting includes inpatient rehab.
