Delinquency Collections Specialist
Farmers Home Furniture
Farmers Furniture is seeking a dedicated collections associate to locate, notify, and secure payments from customers with delinquent accounts for our retail stores. You will handle payments, document communications, and assist with potential repossession processes under store supervision. Responsibilities include contacting customers by text/phone, reviewing terms of sales, maintaining CRM records, and supporting credit investigations as needed.
