Project Manager/Sr Project Manager, Technology Solutions Posting Start Date: 6/15/26 Location: DFW Headquarters Building 8 (DFW-SV08) Cities: Fort Worth - TX Requisition ID: 86231 Responsibilities Drive automation and execution of key deliverables to ensure timely implementation of strategic outcomes. Interact with leadership to help set direction and prioritize technology initiatives. Collaboratively create product roadmaps and influence stakeholder expectations for new capabilities, features, and functionalities. Serve as a point of contact for Product Owners and IT partners to ensure team actions remain aligned. Build processes to improve the team's overall efficiency. Effectively communicate status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership. Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to project Budget, Schedule and Scope. Utilize data analytics to track progress towards Product Objectives and Key Results using applications like Power BI and SQL Server. Create long and short‑term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Facilitate meetings, record minutes, follow up on actions taken, and log issues/risks. Maintain and track a playbook of technical tasks; assign task owners and follow up to ensure timelines are met. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training. 5+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar position in a software development environment. Experience working with Azure DevOps, Rally, JIRA or similar Agile tools. 3+ years experience managing projects in a variety of computing environments (SaaS, cloud, etc.). 3+ years experience converting high level business needs/requirements into system requirements. Preferred Qualifications PMP or Agile certifications preferred but not required. Experience delivering in‑house and commercial off‑the‑shelf applications. Experience synthesizing raw data into actionable results and recommendations. Knowledge of Azure DevOps. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation. Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and various levels of leadership. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Positive, can‑do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced work environment. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with an Application Lifecycle Management (Azure DevOps, Rally or JIRA) and Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work with minimal supervision, be flexible, adapt to constant change, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
