Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, strategic, and culturally fluent Strategy Manager to join our Partnerships Team and elevate how we ideate, pitch, and deliver integrated brand partnerships. This role sits at the heart of storytelling, creative development, and strategic thinking, shaping opportunities across Evo, our flagship FGC property, as well as creator programs, and beyond.

As the Strategy Manager, you'll collaborate across teams to drive the creative vision and strategic direction behind brand campaigns that create real value for the communities we serve. Working hand-in-hand with the Partnerships Sales Team, Marketing, Product, Production, and external partners, you'll guide initiatives from ideation to execution by delivering breakthrough ideas that are both creatively compelling and deeply relevant to our community and brand partners.

This is a highly collaborative and tactical role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, brings ideas to the table early and often, and can translate abstract client goals into impactful creative solutions.

Reporting Structure

You will report to RTS's Senior Strategy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Development

• Translate brand objectives and KPIs into sharp, ownable creative campaign concepts across Evo's global brand platform and creator ecosystems.
• Assist with the development and refinement of strategic proposals, creative treatments, pitch decks, and one-pagers that communicate value, cultural relevance, and business impact.
• Conduct research analysis and understand trends across entertainment, marketing, and culture to inform strategic positioning and ideation.
• Use audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends into actionable creative strategies and compelling recommendations.
• Evaluate, contextualize and develop campaign performances into strategic and concise reports for internal and external stakeholders that drive business impact.
• Ensure all creative output is aligned with both client goals and RTS' internal vision and standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work hand-in-hand with the Partnerships & Evo Product teams to co-create pitch strategies that unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Content, and Operations to bring campaign strategies to life with precision and creativity.
• Collaborate with creators, production teams, and talent managers to build authentic, executable ideas.
• Partner with Operations to assist in forecasting implementation budgets.

Client & Partner Engagement

• Represent the creative vision during client meetings and presentations, inspiring confidence in our ideas and approach.
• Guide clients and internal stakeholders through the ideation process, from brief development through to execution.
• Strong ability to listen and implement client feedback, refining concepts throughout the sales process.
• Stay involved throughout campaign lifecycles to ensure the original creative intent is carried through in execution.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in creative strategy, brand strategy, or integrated marketing (agency or brand side); sales agency or partnership experience a plus.
• Portfolio or case studies highlighting previous campaigns, projects, or partnerships preferred.
• Demonstrated success developing breakthrough ideas for brand campaigns, talent-led programs, and/or large-scale activations.
• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, especially in building presentations, pitch decks, and case studies.
• Proven account management / client-facing experience is essential.
• Strong fluency in gaming, creator culture, and adjacent categories like anime, fashion, and emerging tech.
• Experience in live event activation is strongly preferred.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools (Slides, Docs, etc.); Adobe Creative Suite experience are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills - able to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and bring people together around a vision.
• Based in California (San Francisco or Los Angeles metro areas) or Nevada (Las Vegas metro area).

Compensation

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 depending on experience.
