Direct Support Professional (DSP) –

What You’ll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with daily living skills, social opportunities, and help create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients in daily activities and skill-building tasks
• Providing companionship and fostering social connections
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment
• Encouraging independence and building life skills
• Following individualized care and behavior plans

Requirements:

• Driver’s license (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
