The Tower Group has been operating dedicated wheelchair accessible vehicles since May 2019. We work to provide the best possible service to the passengers of the WAV program. Safety and training play a huge role in the provision of safe, efficient and on-time quality service.

- Starting at $19.50/hour + 100% of tips
- Weekly Pay
- Full-Time (Mon-Fri) Morning and Evening Shifts Available. All shifts must include at least 1 weekend day.
- Part-Time (Sat-Sun) Evening and Overnight S hifts Available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide transportation to wheelchair users
- Safely drive and operate vehicle
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Be EXTREMELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED
- Use mobile device for routing information to pick passenger up and drive to destination
- This role requires regular assistance of wheelchair passengers, including operating wheelchair ramps and securement systems, and assisting with manually operated wheelchairs. Some passengers, inclusive of their wheelchairs, may weigh up to or exceed 400 pounds.

Basic Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Be at least 23 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Must have a valid CA Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years US Driving History
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment background and drug tests
- UBER or LYFT ride-share driving experience is a PLUS
