Marketing Manager

Our client, a rapidly growing commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is seeking its first Marketing Manager to build and lead the firm's marketing function. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth organization at a pivotal stage and play a key role in shaping its brand, processes, and long-term marketing strategy. This isn't a role where you'll inherit an established department—you'll help build it. We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial marketing leader who enjoys both strategy and execution and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company expands. What You'll Do Lead marketing initiatives across commercial brokerage and property management. Create and oversee high-quality property marketing materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns. Manage and enhance the company website and commercial property listings. Oversee listing syndication across commercial real estate platforms, including CoStar and LoopNet. Develop and execute email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. Partner closely with brokers to deliver marketing support that drives leasing and sales activity. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, signage vendors, and other marketing partners. Build scalable marketing processes, workflows, templates, and KPIs. Evaluate and implement AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and consistency. Manage the marketing budget and help build a marketing team as the company grows. What We're Looking For 5–8+ years of marketing experience in commercial real estate, professional services, or another B2B industry. Strong understanding of branding, graphic design, and visual storytelling. Experience balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution. Experience managing outside vendors, freelancers, or creative agencies. Familiarity with commercial real estate marketing platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet is preferred. Experience with website management, email marketing platforms, social media, and digital marketing. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, or similar design software. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes, improve workflows, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
