Salary Range: $175,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually About Reliable Residential Holdings Reliable Residential Holdings (RRH) is a multi-market home services platform and Precision Garage Door Service franchisee. We provide garage door repair, replacement, and installation to homeowners in ten markets and growing: Clearwater, Orlando, Ocala, Jacksonville, Columbus, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas-Ft. Worth RRH started as a single Clearwater location and is now a nine-figure platform that has grown vigorously through organic growth and acquisitions. About the Role RRH is seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Operations to lead performance across our branch portfolio. This leader is the critical link between enterprise strategy and branch execution. The role coaches Branch Managers while driving revenue growth, operational excellence, labor productivity, customer experience, and EBITDA performance. The ideal candidate is a proven multi-site operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at developing leaders, and has improved business performance through disciplined execution and accountability. This position is available to onsite, hybrid or remote work arrangements. Key Responsibilities Coach, develop, and hold Branch Managers accountable for market performance. Lead weekly and monthly operating reviews focused on revenue, labor productivity, profitability, capacity utilization, and customer experience. Diagnose performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Drive consistent adoption of RRH operating standards, processes, and best practices. Partner with functional leaders to improve demand conversion, technician productivity, scheduling efficiency, and sales performance. Support branchnew market integrations,acquisition onboarding, and market turnarounds Build leadership capability and succession pipelines across branch operations. Ensure a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Success Measures Revenue growth versus plan EBITDA and gross margin improvement Labor productivity and capacity utilization Corrective action completion and follow-through Branch Manager development and retention Successful acquisition integrations and turnaround execution Qualifications 7+ years of multi-location operations leadership experience. Experience managing P&L performance across multiple business units or branches. Proven ability to coach leaders and improve organizational performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI-driven decision-making. Experience in garage door services, residential home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, or similar field-service industries preferred. Franchise system experience is a plus.
