Position Overview:

A premier low-voltage systems integrator and electrical/telecommunications contractor is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented professional to join their team as a temporary-to-permanent Bookkeeper / Office Manager. This position is strictly an onsite role at their office located in Paradise, NV. This is a fantastic opportunity to run day-to-day financial and administrative operations for a growing technical contractor, offering a consistent schedule, a stable environment, and a clear path toward permanent placement.

Employment Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Work Site: Onsite
• Office Location: Paradise, NV (Las Vegas Metropolitan area)
• Employment Type: Temporary-to-Permanent, Full-Time
• Salary Range: $60,000/yr. - $80,000/yr.

Core Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Software: Manage complete financial operations in Foundation Software and lead the future migration to QuickBooks.
• Payroll Processing: Run weekly payroll and ensure full compliance with certified payroll and prevailing wage laws.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Handle all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing for contract projects and service calls.
• Job Costing: Set up new job files and track project expenditures from start to finish.
• Insurance Administration: Request and issue certificates of insurance as required.
• Operations Support: Process payments, maintain accurate administrative records, and handle daily operational paperwork.
• Office Management: Oversee day-to-day facility needs to keep the office running efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• QuickBooks Fluency: Complete, expert fluency in QuickBooks software.
• Software Knowledge: Working experience or familiarity with Foundation accounting software.
• Industry Experience: Verified professional background in the construction sector, ideally supporting subcontractor business operations.
• Regulatory and Financial Knowledge: Deep familiarity with certified payroll processes, prevailing wage regulations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger posting, and job cost tracking.
• Professional Skillset: Top-tier organizational abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
