Compensation & Schedule Details
- Hours & Shift: 32 guaranteed hours per week (4 x 8-hour day shifts, with variable start times based on department needs; flexibility for 8- or 12-hour shifts is highly preferred).
- Contract Length: 11 weeks
- Target Start Date: September 28, 2026
- Call Requirements: On-call required during the week and every 4th to 5th weekend (strict 30-minute response time
- Low Census & Orientation: Up to 36 hours of non-billable low census time over the duration of the contract. GSA is not applicable during orientation week.
Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules
- Radius Rule: Strict 50-mile radius restriction ; contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius.
- Scheduling: Requires working two out of every four weekends , plus holiday rotation per unit needs.
- Dress Code: Scrubs are provided by the facility.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR experience , including at least 1 completed travel assignment
- Clinical Proficiencies: Required experience includes General Surgery and circulating , with strong robotic surgery and C-section experience . Must be proficient across multiple specialties including Orthopedics (Total Joints), Urology, ENT, General Surgery, and OB/GYN.
- Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) RN license in hand at submission.
- Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS required.
- Charting: Epic charting preferred.
