Job Description
A dynamic team of ten psychiatrists located just two hours south of San Francisco is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to join their practice. This independent facility benefits from hospital support in areas such as staffing, billing, and office space.
The practice is affiliated with a well-regarded community hospital featuring 250 beds, consistently recognized for its high-quality care on a national level (as per CMS ratings).
The average annual income for the group exceeds $375,000.
Position Overview:- Inpatient Role: 25 to 30 hours per week
- Outpatient Opportunities: Available if desired
- Earnings Potential: Expected income of $350,000 for 25 hours per week; significant income potential based on personal effort (the top earner made over $800,000 in 2025)
- Minimal Call: Limited call requirements, with additional income opportunities for those who choose to take call
- Responsibilities: Managing inpatient services, crisis stabilization units, and providing consultations in the Emergency Department and Medical/Surgical Floor
