Radiology / Cardiology - Mammography Tech

** It will be a screening only site** additional requirements: • Report with number of mammograms done since Oct 2023 • List of 25 Mammograms done under supervision (when training) • Any breast imaging CE certificates earned since Oct 2022 • Mammogram training certificate, any documentation from training or diplomas • 8 initial CE hours/training in Digital Mammography • 8 initial CE hours/training in 3D DBT • Document from ARRT website "Verification of Certification & Registration", the one that shows the date(s) that registry exams were passed • ARRT Procedure Log completed during Mammo training (if training/certification was after July 2017) No weekends! No call! 1 year experience required EPIC required BLS, ARRT R required OH license required must have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings must be registered in mammography will accept 1st time travelers Procedures - these skills are preferred 3-D Mammography Diagnostic Mammograms Fine Needle Aspirations Needle Localizations Screening Mammograms Stereotactic Biopsy Other Requirements: • Traveler must be available to work every other holiday. • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract. • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. • Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives. RTO Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer. RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion. Submittal email must include application - other certs are not needed if listed on the application
