SUMMER JOB ON THE WATER – NOW HIRING DOCK CREW
Lake Keowee Marina | Seneca, SC

If you’d rather be outside than stuck behind a desk - and want to get paid to be on the lake all summer - this is where you need to be.

We’re building a high-energy, reliable Dock Crew team at Lake Keowee Marina. This is not a “stand around” job. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-facing. You’ll be part of the crew responsible for delivering a top-tier experience to every guest that steps on property.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

• Get boats ready, clean, fueled, and dialed in for rentals
• Walk customers through safety + operation (confidence matters here)
• Launch, dock, and manage boat traffic throughout the day
• Keep the marina sharp - boats, docks, and grounds
• Handle questions, solve problems, and keep guests happy
• Work as a team to keep operations smooth during peak hours

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable. Shows up. Works hard. No babysitting needed.
• Good with people - friendly, clear, and confident
• Comfortable working outside in heat, moving fast, staying active
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Boating experience = a plus (not required—we train the right people)
• Must be available weekends + holidays (that’s when we make money)
• Valid driver’s license required
