Job Category Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator , Marketing Employee Type Full Time Marketing Specialist Position Summary Showplace Cabinetry is seeking a highly organized, detail-orientedMarketing Specialistto support the day-to-day execution of marketing programs and projects. This position will coordinate key initiatives including dealer co-op advertising, literature, print production, design contests, media coordination, and other marketing projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys managing projects, working with others, meeting deadlines, and ensuring details are accurate. This role works closely with internal departments, dealers, sales representatives, vendors, and marketing partners. Manage marketing projects and programs from planning through completion, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication. Administer key marketing programs including dealer co-op advertising, literature, print production, and the annual design contest. Coordinate with internal departments, dealers, sales representatives, vendors, and media partners to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time. Manage print and production vendors, including quotes, specifications, schedules, deliveries, inventory, and reorders. Coordinate the development, production, and maintenance of brochures, sell sheets, signage, promotional items, literature, and other marketing materials. Manage dealer co-op requests, budgets, documentation, reimbursements, and program compliance. Administer the annual design contest, including the online platform, entries, judging, communications, awards, and logistics. Coordinate advertising and media assets, deadlines, submissions, and schedules, including traditional and digital initiatives. Maintain accurate and current product information and literature by collaborating with Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, spelling, grammar, consistency, product information, and brand standards. Develop a working knowledge of Showplace products, specifications, and terminology. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, programs, tools, and workflows. Contribute ideas for campaigns, content, new technologies, vendors, and other marketing opportunities. Participate in strategic planning and special projects while applying individual strengths and expertise to support the marketing team. Qualifications Required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Two or more years of marketing, communications, project coordination, program administration, or related experience. Excellent organizational, communication, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong mathematical and analytical abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Comfortable learning and working with multiple software programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience with print vendors, advertising, or media coordination. Experience with co-op advertising or reimbursement programs. Experience managing online platforms or project management tools. Experience in manufacturing, dealer, distribution, or product-focused environments. Working Hours Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. This is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.
