Temporary Human Resources Associate

TheHuman Resources Associateisa key contributor to the effective management of employee relations, compliance, and initiatives acrossthe organization. This position serves as a trusted point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, fosteringa positive and productive work environment, supporting performancemanagement, employee lifecycleprocesses,and cross-departmental communication. This is a temporary eight week position beginning September 1st, 2026. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact for employeesregardingHR-Related inquiries,assistin resolving employee issues, providing support and guidance Support the performance review process by coordinating review schedules, collecting performance data Ensure HR policiesand procedures are compliant with local,stateand federal laws whilemaintainingand updating employeerecordsand databases,ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Additional Duties Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies, improving HRprocesses,and employee experience. Provide administrative support to HR department including preparing documents, managing correspondence Assistin the development and implementation of performance improvement plans General Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment andshowcasethe ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable. Mustbe highly organized. Be able to quickly learn new applications,software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company. Must have an active driver’s license and be approvedonthe company’s insurance.
