Salary: $60,000+ | Dependent on Experience We're seeking experienced Auto Adjusters to join a growing claims team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This is an excellent opportunity for a claims professional with strong auto liability experience and previous insurance carrier experience to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities Handle auto liability claims from initial assignment through resolution. Investigate claims, evaluate liability and damages, and determine appropriate claim resolutions. Review coverage, statements, documentation, and other relevant information to make sound claims decisions. Negotiate settlements and work toward timely, fair, and accurate claim resolutions. Maintain thorough and accurate claim documentation in accordance with established guidelines. Manage an assigned caseload while meeting quality, productivity, and service expectations. Qualifications 3-4+ years of auto liability claims experience. Previous insurance carrier experience required. Strong knowledge of auto liability claims practices, investigation, and resolution. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple claims and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
