Convert agency-provided leads into new Property & Casualty policies (auto, home, and more)

What We're Looking For

Active Texas Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)

3+ years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals (insurance sales preferred)

Coachable, competitive, and self-motivated — you take feedback and run with it

Strong communication skills and genuine care for helping customers protect what matters
