Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a medical surgical telemetry unit.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry results.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
- Document patient care and progress in medical records.
