Job Description\n TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Aspen Park, Colorado.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Physical Therapist\n Discipline: Therapy\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) for an immediate travel opening in Aspen Park, CO. The right PT should have 1 year of experience; for an exceptional candidate with an appropriate background, 6 months of experience may be accepted. Read below for additional requirements.\n As a PT, you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and execution of a plan of care for a variety of patient populations in the acute care setting. Tasks \n As a PT, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:\n \n Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)\n Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility\n Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state\n Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care\n Understand adaptive equipment\n Evaluate and create a plan of care\n Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition\n Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks\n Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines\n Requirements \n Must have 6 months of experience; however, new grads are encouraged to apply. Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.\n Physical Therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, as well as bend, lean or stoop without difficulty.
