Job Description
Role :
Inside Sales Associate for our Parts DepartmentatAmbient HVAC Supply,you'llbe responsible forhandling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and accountsetup.You'llbe a liaison between manufacturers,customersand our Sales team.You'llalso get the opportunity to support our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction.This isa great opportunityto join a growing company and get exposure to premium products, a greatteamand experts in the field.

Responsibilities :
Set up quotes for customer pricing.

Answer customer calls andidentifyparts.

Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.

Respond to customerproposalsvia telephone and email.

Follow all company safety programs.

Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent.

HVACproficiencyor experience is a plus.

Proficiencyin Microsoft office programs isrequired.

Basic math and computer literacy.

Great communicationskills.

Organizational skills.

Estimated compensation :
$28.85–$36.06/hr. with flexibility based on experience and skills.
