Urgent Care Front Desk & Patient Services Specialist

Overlake Medical Center is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join the Redmond Urgent Care team. You will provide exceptional front office services and coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers during the check-in process. This full-time role requires strong customer service, ability to manage multiple tasks, and experience handling records via Epic.
