Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hr depending on shift and experience
Overtime: Available depending on assignment

Position Overview

We are hiring Production Machine Operators for several manufacturing facilities in the Mesa area. These are full-time opportunities with stable schedules, competitive pay, overtime potential, and room to grow.

If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, or industrial environments, we want to hear from you. Training may be available depending on the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Load and unload materials or equipment
• Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshoot minor issues
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and work closely with your team

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs depending on the assignment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Some positions may require a background check and drug screen
