This role ensures high-quality trauma-informed services for youth in care. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Supervise 1:1 support staff and provide weekly clinical oversight. ✔️ Review and manage youth behavioral health plans. ✔️ Ensure compliance with state guidelines and best practices. ✔️ Coordinate with caseworkers and caregivers to improve care plans.
