Talent Acquisition Manager Rocky Mountain Region
A Rural Healthcare Clinic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting and deliver strategies that attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role partners with leaders across the organization to build strong teams and enhance the candidate experience.
Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing → interviews → offers Coaching and development of recruiting team members Recruitment metrics and process improvements Employer branding and DE&I hiring initiatives Compliance with hiring laws and HR standards
What You Will Bring • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5–8+ years progressive recruiting experience with team leadership • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills • Data-driven approach with strong communication abilities • HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
