You'll transform our rooms into sanctuaries of relaxation, ensuring every corner of our Marblehead destination is spotless, sanitized, and perfectly prepared for adventure.

Your Impact on the Guest Experience

• The Gold Standard of Clean: You'll thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms and public spaces—dusting, vacuuming, and mopping until every mirror and surface reflects our commitment to quality.

• The Perfect Welcome: From crisp bed linens to plush, freshly replaced towels, you'll ensure that every guest feels the "elevated stay" the moment they walk through the door.

• Thoughtful Restocking: You'll keep our amenities flowing—from luxury toiletries and soaps to the essential morning coffee/tea and mini-bar snacks.

• Communication & Safety: Act as our eyes and ears on the floor, reporting maintenance needs or repairs immediately to keep the property in top shape while strictly respecting guest privacy.

• Personalized Service: You'll handle guest requests and lost-and-found items with the friendly, professional demeanor that defines Lake Erie hospitality.

• Logistics Mastery: Keep your housekeeping cart organized and your supply closets stocked, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed during your shift.
