We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our poke restaurant team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, accurately preparing custom poke bowls, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and ensuring every guest has a welcoming and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet every guest with a warm and positive attitude
• Guide customers through the menu and explain ingredients and portion options
• Answer questions about menu items, allergens, and dietary preferences
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

Food Preparation & Service

• Assemble poke bowls and other menu items according to guest specifications
• Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Refill ingredients and maintain organized prep stations

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
• Restock utensils, napkins, sauces, and beverages
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists
• Adhere to all health department standards

Team Collaboration

• Work efficiently during peak hours
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
• Assist with opening and closing duties
